Effective date: October 11, 2026
This policy applies to the TutorDesk apps for iOS, iPadOS and Android. TutorDesk is designed to keep your teaching records private. Student, group, lesson, attendance, note, and payment information is stored locally on your device.
The student, group, lesson, attendance, note, and payment information you enter never leaves your device and is not collected by the developer. TutorDesk does not sell or rent data, does not show ads, and does not track you across apps or websites.
To find and fix problems, TutorDesk uses Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) to collect crash reports, performance measurements, and technical diagnostics such as device model, operating system version, and app version. This data is not linked to your identity and does not include the records you enter in the app. It is processed on servers in the European Union and used only to keep the app working reliably.
Optional Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store on iPhone and iPad, and by Google through Google Play on Android. The developer does not receive or store your payment card details. Apple and Google may process purchase information under their own privacy policies.
If you create an export or backup, you control where it is saved or shared. TutorDesk does not upload these files to a developer-operated server.
You can remove records inside the app or delete the app to remove its locally stored data. Files you exported separately must be deleted from their saved locations by you.
Questions about privacy can be sent to halilcangndz@gmail.com.
